I like to play around in the kitchen and make foods up, sometimes things go good, and something they taste like shit (but I eat them anyways). It helps break the monotomy of the diet.
Here is a simple concoction that doesn't require much prep time and tastes good!
Igredients:
Chicken breast (as many as you are going to eat)
Flax seed meal
minced garlic
1 orange
oven
oven pan
Poke holes in the chicken breast with a fork. Place chicken in the oven pan (pre-coat with pam or something) and squeeze orange over the chicken (I use half an orange for 2 breasts). Spread some minced garlic over the chicken (be careful not to over garlic according to your taste. I paste it on!), and sprinkle flax seed meal over the breasts (I coat them). Pre-heat oven to 350-400 degrees, place pan with chicken inside the oven, cook for 20 -30 mins. and presto, some damn good chicken!
I've also been thinking of using balsamic instead of the orange.
Enjoy, my culinary friends.
