Flaxed Chicken

I like to play around in the kitchen and make foods up, sometimes things go good, and something they taste like shit (but I eat them anyways). It helps break the monotomy of the diet.

Here is a simple concoction that doesn't require much prep time and tastes good!

Igredients:
Chicken breast (as many as you are going to eat)
Flax seed meal
minced garlic
1 orange
oven
oven pan

Poke holes in the chicken breast with a fork. Place chicken in the oven pan (pre-coat with pam or something) and squeeze orange over the chicken (I use half an orange for 2 breasts). Spread some minced garlic over the chicken (be careful not to over garlic according to your taste. I paste it on!), and sprinkle flax seed meal over the breasts (I coat them). Pre-heat oven to 350-400 degrees, place pan with chicken inside the oven, cook for 20 -30 mins. and presto, some damn good chicken!

I've also been thinking of using balsamic instead of the orange.

Enjoy, my culinary friends.

I enjoy these all the time:

1 1/2 cup of spinach
1 chicken breast
1/4 cup of red wine
black pepper

Cook it, throw in on the spinach, add some lime some salt and in it goes. It's healthy. I know about the salt, but too bad makes it taste good. Besides it's already like 97% healthy. I don't cook it with oil.

here is my favourite way of preparing chicken. Take a breast and smash it down so that its relatively thin. dice up some spinach and mix in some cheese and diced garlic and pepper. once all combined form the mixture in center of breast then roll it on up. throw in oven and bake until done. tastes amazing. sometimes i coat with flaxmeal or just eat plain with some salsa on top.
