I have been sick off and on and swamped with school for a few weeks and have not done bench press in nearly 3 weeks
I went and did some speed bench work on Friday and this is how it went...

Speed Bench Press
225 x 3 x 9 sets (mostly close grips), 45 sec rest between sets
315 x 1
430.5 x 1 PR!!!!! (old pr of 427)
I also did some light inclines, triceps, rotators, lats, and abs. When I finished this I went and did some LIGHT and FUN kicks and punches on my bag.
Right jabs, making Jordan bark mostly
Right ridge hand
Left side Blitz...SLOW!!!
Right round kick...for speed...
My chest sure is sore...lol.
