I went rock climbing for 2 hours today so I didn't get a chance to do the overhead squats, however I will do them+ military press tomorrow.
 
lol Tblock you say that my squat and dead are higher but you gotta remember you run before you lift. BTW, your bench is exactly where mine is right now. :/ that's gotta change :evil:

Comments:
I'm going to officially label overhead squats a shoulder workout!!!! I got a super bad burn in my shoulders after doing them and I couldn't even do 155 for 1 rep on military press, let alone 5 like I was supposed to do!!!! Overhead squats went decently well but my form was bad, I didn't go deep enough and my knees went too fat out and.............. I took videos of it and will post it when it finishes uploading. Andalite, since you are kind of the overhead squat king it would be great if you helped me out with technique issues.
 
some things I notice already and i dont even do OH squats are:
-your drifting forward onto your toes instead of staying on your heals
-your shoulders need to be locked out and stiff
-your knees are bending inwards

and where are these amazing forearms man? lol :biggrin:
