Comments: Front squats are going great, thanks to Saibot for suggesting I do them first, that really helped! Really pissed about bench, it hasn't gone up at all
I'm just going to keep going on the routine except the the final set on monday and friday, where I will do 220 till I get it for 5 reps every Monday. BTW, on Monday I got 14 pullups, a pr for me. The pushup time was really bad today, I was super tired. So far, the Bill Starr 5x5 has worked great for rows, military press, deadlift, and assistance work, decent for squats, and bad for bench. I think the bench problem is just that my body got used to super high volume intensity with smolov.
