Pullups 7

Pushups: most in a minute: 47(really bad)

Comments: legs were still sore so I moved deadlifts to tomorrow. Military press was super hard, even the first rep was hard. The last rep took like 20 seconds and core shaking pushing till I got it up, it was the hardest rep of pressing I have ever done lol. My pushups have been going down because I've been tired. The dumbbell rotators were really fun, I was actually pretty strong at them.
 
Yeah I have heard the hg grippers are easier than the Captains of crush ones but still the hg ones are supposed to be within 5 lbs aren't they?

The real problem with the heavy grippers is that you can have say 2 HG150 and the resistance will vary even though they virtually are same which sucks...

Comments: Horrible workout, was tired from yesterday's long hike. Everything felt super heavy. The 135 rep out felt really light, but I was 5 reps short of my pr because I was so tired.
