-could have run 3:00 minutes faster with jdid running behind me trying to ass-rape me :( you know he would do it too!

1/2 mile run 1:40 per lap

Total time: 24:14
Run time: 10:00 or slightly less
Rest time 4 minutes
spacing of rest: 30 s before and after 3rd pt, 60s before and after 4th pt, 60s after 5th lap

Total distance 1.5 miles

Difficulty scale: 7.5 pretty damn hard without the rest I would have been a puking! Starting to like these though :evil:
