first time user lookin for sum help

Okay so i have been liftin for over a year and im 20, 160 lbs, 5'8 and like 11-12 bf% . I have been doing alot of research on steroids and just wanted to ask for some help. At first i wanted to just try a winstrol only cycle, but after reading a lot of posts i seen that its not the smartest idea to not stack it with a test. well anyways my goals are to get around a solid 10 lbs of lean mass, but i also wanted to cut up a bit thats y i was considerin anavar or winstrol. so if anyone could give some suggestions at wat i could do for a cycle that would meet my goals id b very appreciative. thanks
 
Sorry bro but you are just too young to be using hormones, you still have so much natural potential there is no reason for you increase the probability of long term hormone problems. Good luck to you and visit the diet forum so that you can learn to eat to grow the right way and the supplement forum so that you can get the most out of what your body is currently producing lots of!

too young. havn't lifted even close to long enough, try another 5 years at least then start to think if you might need them, heck you can gain a good 30+ lbs in that time frame if you train and diet right, then you mihgt not even need them.

At your age, you can make changes with diet, exercise, and recovery and no aas. Get a blood test and go for health now. Read up about John Hanson and Steve Reeves.

Yes ... it is a bytch being a bit skinny. You can hit 185 and shock people with a natural approach. Save the aas and the sides for later. What if you start losing your hair?

go balls to the wall training. get you some protein and creatine. and other guys will be asking what your on. you are already flooded with testosterone. oh yeah, don't forget your weekly dose of squats. real squats. and when you do leg press. don't put your hands on your legs. do not touch your legs during it. it is cheating.
