Today's workout:
35 to 40 mins of some circuit style training. Heavy bag, abs (planks, crunches, leg lifts, etc), push ups, and pull ups. minimal to no rest in between and all til failure. Then jumped on the elliptical for 30 mins for a total of 3.2 miles at medium incline and medium intensity settings. it was definitely intense, but i definitely did not feel as winded as I would have a month and a half ago. Cardio definitely keeps improving.

Training note:
I wasn't as satisfied with my workout today as others. I was pretty beat after work.. stuck digging thru clay and tree roots. Definitely took a toll on my arms, so I had to cut the workout one set short. Pushed hard tho and still increased weight and reps on a few workouts.
 
Also, I will be increasing my rats s4 dosage by 10mg tomorrow, since there has been no side effects seen.

s4 provides great results even at 50 mg but once you get up in the 100 mg range, there is a significant increase in strength and muscle hardening and you will definitely notice the difference... excellent work so far bro... keep it going!!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to push as hard in the gym today as I felt that I could've. Been doing some pretty strenuous digging at work and I seem to be suffering from a pinched nerve in my wrist.. middle fingers and thumb go numb pretty quick and hand wrist hurt. Seemed to subside a bit after my first set but it definitely affected my workout. Ok, whining over.. my strength did seem to increase from last week though which was a plus.

Today is the last day of the triple stack..PCT begins tomorrow. I will keep my log updated as I have so far, all the way through through PCT. Will have to say that the triple stack is AWESOME. Body fat is down by at least 1.5%. Body weight is at 205, which is where it started. Strength is up, vascularity has increased, and muscles are larger.. it definitely lives up to its rep.

Also, after my PCT keep and eye out for my next log! It will really be the ultimate recomp stack. Featuring GK Labs PRIMOBOL DEX, Letrozone, and Oxandrovar. These will be stacked with Sarms1 brand LGD 4033, GW 501516, and S4. It will be a helluva ride with pics included.

that's a pretty drastic drop in that amount of time and you were still able to hold on to ALL your size man... that's very nice work... sarms allow for that type of result to occur... that is what everyone want to do... have as much size as possible with the lowest amount of body fat but that can get quite difficult at certain points so any time you can drop body fat and hold size, its very impressive... nice work bro... i told you that you would love sarms!

I would definitely recommend this stack as a bridge to anyone. Or standalone of course..but keeping and adding to gains is a HUGE plus.

I don't want to hijack your thread but I decided to try the triple stack today Osta-25mg/GW-20mg (30 minutes before workout)/S4 -25mgand had a killer workout but I feel so wired still. This wasn't a cycle, this was just a one day dosage because my girl started her triple stack today and I was curious about the taste. We lifted at 8am-ish? And after a post workout shake and small meal and a big lunch, here I sit at 3:07pm and I feel like I could go back for another round.. And I actually just might do that. Is this normal? Because as it stands right now, I feel like I will be wired all night and not be able to sleep haha.

*So I got this idea for a calf workout today (which I named myself..no idea if there is an actual name for it) after reading a post on evolutionary by member MT Pockets about this sort of workout he does. All credit for the idea goes to him. Basically I set the treadmill to the max incline and leaned over the display screen as far as it could go and jogged on the balls of my feet, concentrating on pushing off with my big toe. Helluva calf workout and a great way to end my day at the gym.. calfs were on fire! Will be doing this more frequently and definitely for a longer duration.. just the test run today.

Training Note:
I wasn't completely pleased on my form with the Arnold presses my last shoulder workout.. so I decided to drop the weight a little to make sure I don't slack off and really concentrate..

Today was the first day I didn't feel as strong during PCT.. Not overly apparent by just my numbers but the weights definitely felt heavier today. Really puts the SARMS abilities in perspective!
 
Any chance you can chime in on your sleep? This is day two for me however I'm only on Osta/GW/S4 and I haven't had good sleep in awhile. First two days/nights on the stack and I sleep like a baby. I'm thinking it's the S4 taken pre bedtime.

I didn't have any problems with sleep at all. I have only read one other post about someone having sleep trouble..possibly a rare side effect? Also the S4 has a pretty short half life (around 6 hours) so make sure your doses aren't spaced too far throughout the day. I'd try not taking any of them at least a few hours before bed. Maybe something like: Osta all in the am, s4 1 dose am, s4 next dose in the afternoon, and gw dose all 30 min before workout. I'm no expert by any means, just my opinion

Holy crap! Your straight bar push downs are otherwise known as standing front lateral press downs right? (Making sure I'm thinking of the same movement)

That's a crazy weight! I have a fairly strong back but damn bro that's heavy for those. I need to step up my game as I've always used those as a lighter weight more concentrated movement really focusing on the contraction and maintaining strict form.

Yup same thing.. the machine I'm using is a high/low cable machine so it's got an extra pulley. The standard push down machine has only one..so I think the weight I'm actually lifting is equivalent to about half or about 80 or so pounds on the standard machine.

Gotcha! Yeah I use 50-60lb on the single pulley, slightly bent knees and try to avoid any bend in my elbows and really try to contract the lower lats. Great isolation exercise if you can create a good mind muscle connection.

That's still great weight man, keep up the great work!!

Definitely! I've really been working on my form lately..i love the push down.. i get a great contraction from it. Thanks for the support brother! I appreciate it!

Also did super sets of leg raises, bicycle crunches, planks, and push ups. Three sets of each with no rest.

Training Note:
Workout felt great.. threw in the push ups in between the ab sets to keep the pump going.
 
I'm finding more and more each day if I keep moving I stay really motivated. However if I sit and wait between sets the motivation dwindles. Gotta keep moving!!!!
