First time SARMs Triple Stack- Log

today was chest and biceps.. did one less set per muscle group since i will be sparring later.

Training note: I feel like my barbell presses need improvement. form is good, but I will be focusing on them more and more to switch it up from the dumbell workouts and increase strength with them. on a good note, vascularity is noticeably improving.
 
Thanks brother hurricane! Keeping the form as best as i can... the rate I'm increasing my weight while keeping form is some of the fastest I've felt... can't wait for the GK and sarms1 mix. Gonna be insane

adding any of the gk prohormones will make a huge difference in the positive direction.
 
So far my rat has been on the sarms1 triple stack for 3 weeks now.. weight remains the same (floating right around 202-205). Body fat is declining and muscles are noticeably larger...actually seeing some stretch marks around inner quads. Rat still has some stubborn lower belly fat,but plans to up the cardio a little.. (the antidepressant he is taking is probably not helping :/ weening off so it wont be a problem in the future). Overall happy with his progress..strength, endurance, and vascularity are definitely increasing. This is only week three and has him motivated to push even harder!

Wasn't able to make it to the gym friday but hit the cardio hard today. My rat feels that this workout was a true testament to the endurance enhancing capabilities of the GW... he did a heavy bag workout alternating between hitting the bag (kicks,strikes,etc...) and ab/core workouts (side planks,reverse planks,regular planks,leg raises,crunches,etc..) with minimal to no rest in between. Overall 45 minutes. Then jumped on the elliptical for a 30 min workout with medium incline and resistance going 3.2miles in 30 minutes. Definitely tired afterwards, but the energy was there to go 100% the whole time.

very nice bro... keep pushing yourself on your cardio and allow gw to really shine... you need to keep building your vo2max because gw enhances that capability and that will allow you to be be able to produce more output and let you maximize whatever you may be training... gw is the ultimate performance enhancer...

hell of a cardio workout ! good job will.Gw seems to be helping your endurance a ton.

the beauty of gw is that it just continues to work... its always working and getting you to the highest output level possible... far beyond what you could ever do before... you will continue to notice more improvement... keep working hard bro...

I just started running GW up again on Saturday and am shocked that I already am seeing results.. it works fast

Yeah.. it kicks in extremely fast. Sarms1 GW is very effective
