quality over quantity... sometimes you have to sacrifice a little strength to do the perfect form... you will get much more out of really focusing on perfecting your lifts... its so much harder when your doing things the right way, with the right form...
Thanks Dylan. My rats using quality products, so hes focused on quality workouts and muscle growth. No sense in wasting time or money and developing bad habits.
Didn't get in my planned sparring session today so I went for a trail run instead.
2.75 miles at an average of a 9:30min pace.. with a 279ft climb in elevation. Endurance felt great and I will definitely up the distance next time (was constricted for time today).
