Today was legs,shoulders, and abs at the gym...
Military Press:

Donkey Calf Raise (holding for 3 to 5 seconds at the top of each rep):

Front Dumbell Raise (slow and concentrated..both on the up and negative sides of the rep):

Finished the workout off with alternating sets of side planks and the ab wheel..4 sets each all til failure.
Training note: So far my what I've been doing to keep my form correct is to drop the weight down if I feel that it starts to slip and I start to cheat too much. Again, I feel that this has been more successful and I get a much better pump out of the workout. I have also increased my rat's dosage of S4 to 70mg ED. Split doses as always..this is a 10mg increase from what I had been currently giving him. He reported zero side effects thus far and I am excited to see what gains he'll make with a higher dose. Dosage protocol credit goes to Dylan Gemelli.
