First time SARMs Triple Stack- Log

Hi everyone, this is my first attempt at a log and my rat’s first sarms1 triple stack. My rat’s goal will be to train at least 5 days a week.


Rat’s stats:
6’5”
205lbs
24 y.o
13-15% BF

This will be the rat’s cycle plan:
1-8 Ostarine 25mg ed
1-8 S4 50mg ed
1-12 GW-501516 20mg ed
1-8 HCGenerate
1-8 Liquidex AI
1-8 Yohimflame

PCT
9-12 HCGenerate ES

Other supps:
Whey to build muscle
GEAR
Daily multi-v
Fish oil
BCAA’s

Training split will be as follows:
Chest/biceps
Back/triceps
Legs/shoulders/abs
Kickboxing/martial arts training 2 days a week (includes core exercises)

Goals for the rat will be to loose fat, increase strength, and gain lean muscle (recomp). I will be posting as much info as I can, as frequently as I can. I work full time construction and go to school so I might not update every day, but I will keep you guys well informed. Any suggestions/constructive criticism welcome. The rat’s cycle will start tomorrow.. can’t wait to see the results!

I also want to say thank you to everyone for everything they’ve shared.. I don’t think I’ve found a more informative and supportive website. If you want any more info than what I have already stated, just let me know!
 
Thanks guys! Unfortunately didn't make it to the gym today (grandfather's birthday). Next workout day will be friday, and I intend to hit it hard.

First day on and feeling great. Good energy throughout the whole work day. Can't wait to see performance in the gym. I'll give you guys the full rundown afterwards.

Thanks for the support, brothers! Just hit the gym and it felt fucking GREAT! Went there straight after work. Considering I dug and hauled pipe around all day I feel that my performance was good. Workout was as follows:

alternated muscle groups every set (back then tricep, back then tricep...etc) with almost no rest in between. workout was shorter than usual, but felt the intensity was sufficient. can't wait until the next one.

We are about the same height, but I got a hundred lbs ( of fat ) on you.

Hit the gym this morning for legs,shoulders,and abs. Workout felt good, seemed every time I pushed hard for the last rep the strength was there to finish it. Paired sets with less than a 20 second rest in between (just enough time to log what I had just done).

Training note: Been more focused more on range of motion and keeping my muscles under tension at all times. ive been going just past 90 degrees on all sets and really been concentrating on the muscle group im working at the time. weight lifted definitely isnt as impressive, but ive noticed a definite improvement in my kicks,strikes, and heavy bag workouts.
 
you are going to continue to show more improvement the longer it goes... the added endurance is going to be huge for your progress... keep up the good work

each day you are going to see more and more improvement because you will constantly be building your vo2max... keep going strong and pushing yourself as far as you can and your endurance and performance will only continue to get better...

Today was chest and bis. Got a great pump in both areas, rest time between sets just keeps getting better.. jumping in to the next workout so fast i forget to log down what ive just done. haha.

Definitely staying as consistent as possible. Diets been good, nothing but clean foods. Overall energy level has been great in and out of the gym. As far as I can see SARMS1 is going to be a staple for all my research needs. My rats muscles are already looking more defined and full.

Training note: again, paired sets with almost no rest in between sets. been really trying to push hard... could feel stomach churning pretty hard by the end. will be increasing weight on workouts once they are consistent around 9 reps. Goal is to be hitting 7 to 8 reps solidly for each workout..

checked the damage this afternoon and its not terrible, i spilled it at 3am when i left for work but seems after suckin up what i could off my counter i only lost maybe 1/6th the bottle, should still be able to run it for 6 weeks or so

Cardio today. Did kickboxing sparring with my instructor... it was about 95 degrees in the gym, so it was definitely a good session. Really pushed hard and got my heart rate jacked.

This is the end of week one of my rats sarms stack. I've noticed that he has less muscle fatigue during work outs. Fat is steadily going down and muscles are slightly more defined and full looking. Can't wait to see what the next weeks will look like!

Hit the gym for legs, shoulders, and abs. had to take it easier today cause i took a couple solid leg kicks to the quads yesterday and it really put a damper on my leg work out. started off with a 15 min treadmill run and got my heart rate up to 190 bpm. weights were same as always, paired sets and short rests.

Training note: todays pump felt GREAT! weight is definitely not as heavy as I have lifted in the past, but im liking the method of more concentrated reps rather than just shoving the weight up. im going to take a rest from the weights over the weekend, but do a heavy bag workout one day and some running the next (or vice versa). my school is done until september as of yesterday, so ill be even more focused! cant wait to lift again monday.

Saturday I didn't get my planned cardio in, but made up for it by spending the day dragging cables through brush and setting chokers to drag logs. I live on a ranch and that's how we get firewood for the winter. Fuck battle ropes and stair steppers haha.

Today I got in a good heavy bag workout along with core exercises (planks, reverse planks, side planks, leg raises, and crunches). Got my heart rate jacked and felt like a noodle after. Gonna get back to hitting the weights tomorrow morning.

Impressive workouts brother. If you are concentrating on contraction of the muscle and proper form, the growth will come. Too many people base everything on numbers.

I appreciate it Rick! The validation for this method is great to hear! Been trying to keep the ego out of it and focus on what the muscles are feeling and how they're responding to the workout.

Todays workout was AWESOME. Based on my rat's performance I'd say the SARMs are really starting to kick in to high gear. Kept having to up the weights... Heres the break down:

He will continue to follow the dosing protocol laid out by Dylan Gemelli on evolutionary.com to reap the maximum benefits. Really hoping to get up to at least 70mgs and find the 'sweet spot'.

Thanks Dylan. My rats using quality products, so hes focused on quality workouts and muscle growth. No sense in wasting time or money and developing bad habits.

Didn't get in my planned sparring session today so I went for a trail run instead.
2.75 miles at an average of a 9:30min pace.. with a 279ft climb in elevation. Endurance felt great and I will definitely up the distance next time (was constricted for time today).
 
Week 2 summary: My rat's endurance continues to grow, and is upping the intensity of his workouts to keep the gains coming. So far he has suffered no S4 sides and has upped the dose to 60mg ED, split doses. Muscles are looking more full and defined and bodyfat seems to be diminishing. Very happy with the results being that its only week 2!
 
just wait until about week 8 bro... each day and week you are going to see more and more progress... everything will continue to progress... keep the great updates coming, stay focused and consistent and your going to be extremely with pleased with the results...

On a GREAT note my rat stepped on the scale for the first time since the day before he started his sarms cycle. starting weight was 205... today he weighed in at 204! I was elated to see this being that he has had noticeable fat loss and a very good increase in muscle definition and an increase in size... and its only the second week. Feeling AWESOME about that... its a huge motivation to push harder.

Ditching the weights this weekend for some cardio. Trail run today and heavy bag tomorrow.
I did the the same run as I did on wednesday.. 2.75 miles at a 9:30 average pace. Tweaked the run slightly (same distance and all) but made it so I climbed 297 feet in elevation..another 12 feet in elevation. Not a huge change but I was happy to see my pace was the same. Next time I'll map out a longer run to see how my stats change.

that's great to hear... i rarely experience s4 sides but the newest batch of s4 i got from sarms1 caused them very quickly on me... i normally just start right at 100 mg of s4 but with their s4 i have to scale back and work up slower... its extremely strong... just dose with delicacy because you want to be able to take it all 7 days during the week... great work so far!

adding any of the gk prohormones will make a huge difference in the positive direction.
 
So far my rat has been on the sarms1 triple stack for 3 weeks now.. weight remains the same (floating right around 202-205). Body fat is declining and muscles are noticeably larger...actually seeing some stretch marks around inner quads. Rat still has some stubborn lower belly fat,but plans to up the cardio a little.. (the antidepressant he is taking is probably not helping :/ weening off so it wont be a problem in the future). Overall happy with his progress..strength, endurance, and vascularity are definitely increasing. This is only week three and has him motivated to push even harder!

Wasn't able to make it to the gym friday but hit the cardio hard today. My rat feels that this workout was a true testament to the endurance enhancing capabilities of the GW... he did a heavy bag workout alternating between hitting the bag (kicks,strikes,etc...) and ab/core workouts (side planks,reverse planks,regular planks,leg raises,crunches,etc..) with minimal to no rest in between. Overall 45 minutes. Then jumped on the elliptical for a 30 min workout with medium incline and resistance going 3.2miles in 30 minutes. Definitely tired afterwards, but the energy was there to go 100% the whole time.

very nice bro... keep pushing yourself on your cardio and allow gw to really shine... you need to keep building your vo2max because gw enhances that capability and that will allow you to be be able to produce more output and let you maximize whatever you may be training... gw is the ultimate performance enhancer...

I just started running GW up again on Saturday and am shocked that I already am seeing results.. it works fast

Training note: So far my what I've been doing to keep my form correct is to drop the weight down if I feel that it starts to slip and I start to cheat too much. Again, I feel that this has been more successful and I get a much better pump out of the workout. I have also increased my rat's dosage of S4 to 70mg ED. Split doses as always..this is a 10mg increase from what I had been currently giving him. He reported zero side effects thus far and I am excited to see what gains he'll make with a higher dose. Dosage protocol credit goes to Dylan Gemelli.

s4 is very dose dependant.Some people go upto 100 mg ed with no sides what so ever.Help up the good work brother.
 
Hell I'm at 50 split & at nite most lights are yellowish in color & if its bright outside & I go inside it takes longer than normal for my eyes to adjust
 
I've read it, great info. It doesn't bother the test subject so I just won't increase past 50mg, but I do feel they would benefit more at higher doses especially w such a high metabolism. But you can only do what you can do.

Today marks the beginning week 4 on my rat's SARMs cycle.. weight has remained constant. Floating between 202-205. Body fat is down, most noticeably around the abs, but definitely noticing the loss in the upper arms and legs as well. Forearms and biceps much more vascular. Strength continues to increase and muscles growing slightly in size and becoming harder and more defined looking.. so far I have been very pleased with my rat's progress.
 
Took a couple rest days then hit cardio today. Heavy bag workout paired with abs (side planks, planks, leg raises, crunches, etc..) with little to no rest in between for 45 mins total. Jumped on the elliptical after for 20 mins with medium incline and intensity. went a total of 2.3 miles.
 
Great log, keep up the great work mate. Do you find the side effects on s4 being a problem in day to day activity?
