yea i def coulsnt figure that out either.........maybe his legs are a weak point and he jsut wants to hit them twice a week but only lightly once..........thats the only thing that would seem to make sense
 
I've been doin that because I heard if you do squats before bench it helps increase your test levels

And it has helped with my bench
 
honestly that doesn't make any sense at all that it would increase test levels. all it does is put too much stress on you nervous system and could lead to over training because of the secondary muscular use. You say it's finalized, so go at it.
 
Doing Squats does increase your test levels because of the large amount of muscles it works, however it is not an immediate thing. Doing squats regularly over time will increase your T-Levels, but doing them before your chest workout isnt going to help anything. If anything, its a placebo that is making you think you are doing better. Hey, whatever works! :)
