today i felt tyred all day
a wake and run 45 min empty stomach at 7 am
after training a yogurt and a apple (between 7 am and 12.30)lunch: a steak (400g) whith carbs and veget. at 12.30
then i go for a walk and i started to feel extremely tyerd with pain in the chest, head and neck...
at 17 pm i dunk enegade and juice and the symptoms get better but them they return
now it's 21.30 - i've dinner fish, vegetables and fruit , and i still felling very tyred
... i'm taking diet fuel for some days... is it the cause ? or excess trainning ? or low fuel ?
i´ve cut 12kg in 50 days, maybe that's the reason ...
