WK 5-6 NYC 3 tabs/day, T3 12.5mcg/day
WK 7-8 ECA 3 tabs/day, T3 25mcg/day, 45min AM walk
WK 9-10 Clen 200mcg/day, T3 50mcg/day, 45min AM walk, 20min PM jog or bike
WK 11-12 ECA 3 tabs/day, T3 50mcg/day, 45min AM walk, 30min PM jog or bike
WK 13-14 Clen 200mcg/day, T3 50mcg/day, 45min AM walk, 45min PM jog or bike
WK 15 ECA 3 tabs/day, T3 25mcg/day, 45min AM walk, 60min PM jog or bike
WK 16 ECA 3 tabs/day, T3 12.5mcg/day, 45min AM walk, 60min PM job or bike
AM walk is 5 days a week and PM cardio is 3-4 days a week. Diet will be a CKD.
I’ll be using T3 for another week at 6.25mcg/day and keep up the AM and PM cardio for 2-4 weeks while I slowly bump up my calories with week 17.
Stats: 188lbs, 15%BF, 5’10. No AAS yet. I haven’t done any AAS in over two years so I decided to wait for the tren/test stack for a bulk cycle.
