fat loss diet , need power?

Hi , am 30year old , got lot of fat to lose before even thinking about building serious muscle , i know there no shortcut , but am on my week6 , 45-60min cardio a day , 60min weight lifting a day , 5day a week , i just drop from 331pound to 312 in 6week , i never been so serious about geting a new life , with lean muscle , i will do it , only problem i got for now is the power.... since i eat around 2000calorie a day(6 meal per day ,20-25%fat , 30-40% protein) 40-50% carb) , the weight lost is perfect.... but dam i have no power at all , all day long... even at the gym i cant push hard at all....

so my question is , can i take any suplemant that wont hold ton of water , and can give me little boost(no cafeine or ephedrine!!!), and could even help me build some muscle even on a diet.... ? i try to find some help local in the gym but sound like none have a clue for me... my goal is to weight around 230-250 with less fat as posible... should i eat more carb?


any help would be apreciated. thanks!

First of all, K for researching before posting. It is a refreshing change of pace.

Your case reminds me so much of when I started that 6 months ago.

My commnents:

1. Aim high, as high as you can: I am also 6' and I WILL be single digit BF before winters begin again. I started 6 months ago at 40% and I am not at 25%, but you need to know you will get there.

2. Your diet seems OK and you seem to know what you are doing, so if you are loosing weight, keep the same program. You may add some tweaking, like carb-cycling and tapering

3. Keep a progress log, with details of LBM and Fat: You need to monitor if you are loosing LBM. With that much cardio, that could happen.

4. About your strenght: Be patient!!! You might not notice it, but you will get stronger. No need for supplements. Just log your lifting and every week try AND beat yourself: One additional rep, couple of pounds more. The key for gains is Increased Progressive Resistance. I can do things now I could have never done before, and I have the same amount of LBM (even a little less) as when I started.. Train in the 8-12 reps range, till failure.

You are on your way man, the first step is taken and that is the most difficult. Be consistent and you will be where you want to be in no time!!!

f'n bodybuilders chew on dry oatmeal..now that's sick, man...I do it to relieve my boredom, they do it to stay on diet.

have you ever chewed on Fiber One? I eat it as filler and a boredom reliever as well, but, I swear I think I'm eating the same food I fed my rabbit!
 
i did try V12 turbo this week... got a bit more intense workout..but DAM i gain 5lbs in 3day , wich is probably water.. but i dont care i wont take it anymore until i reach my BF level.. :rolleyes: , ill try i bit more carb next week...
