Hi , am 30year old , got lot of fat to lose before even thinking about building serious muscle , i know there no shortcut , but am on my week6 , 45-60min cardio a day , 60min weight lifting a day , 5day a week , i just drop from 331pound to 312 in 6week , i never been so serious about geting a new life , with lean muscle , i will do it , only problem i got for now is the power.... since i eat around 2000calorie a day(6 meal per day ,20-25%fat , 30-40% protein) 40-50% carb) , the weight lost is perfect.... but dam i have no power at all , all day long... even at the gym i cant push hard at all....
so my question is , can i take any suplemant that wont hold ton of water , and can give me little boost(no cafeine or ephedrine!!!), and could even help me build some muscle even on a diet.... ? i try to find some help local in the gym but sound like none have a clue for me... my goal is to weight around 230-250 with less fat as posible... should i eat more carb?
any help would be apreciated. thanks!
