No MOTS-c today as getting a vasectomy. I have some BPC-157/TB-500/GHKCU left not sure if ill take it for healing, its probably not really required and i do need a break from the last protocol.

Sleep tracking data indicates poor sleep but I had over 2hrs of both REM and Deep sleep.

No training today or for the next 5-7 days due to vasectomy, will continue with meals amd peds/peps as normal.
What i am looking at doing is getting some photos amd then shaving and taking some more for comparison over the weekend
