Approved Log Fat Loss and Recovery Journey

@Wookie1 do you feel any improvements in your tennis elbow since taking peptides?
@RoySimpson , now that I know what the niggle is and have been incorporating the rehab based movements for the last 2 weeks, yes I believe its making a difference. I still have to be mindful of movements in general that may aggravate it.

Fair old list of supps and PEDs
It is and i sometimes wonder if i need all the supps while on a cruise especially considering my last round of bloods were all in range on a higher dose with no supp support at all.

General Comments:

Really good arm and chest pump today, felt good. Could feel twinge in arm with Barbell curls, first time in a bit. Will have to continue to monitor amd work on the rehab movement.
Did the shoulder rehab-style movements at the start, I can definitely feel a weakness in the RHS.

Side Effects & Adjustments:

No change with the PED'S/Supps, MOTS-c, 5ammino1 and SLU-PP-322 introduced a few days ago . I have been struggling with indigestion recently, wondering if its the SLUPP-322 or 5ammino1. Ill drop them out 1 at a time over the next few days and see if I can narrow it down

Symptoms:

This will be for tracking any onset of pain post training to see if adjustments to the programming is required

Sleep:

Bit more specific detail for here moving forward

Training:

Machine-based recovery training program designed to support rehab from the C6 disc injury while helping maintain general strength and function. The plan avoids spinal compression and high load, includes a targeted warm-up for neck and thoracic control, and keeps all intensity at a manageable level (RPE 3–4) and just assess how that impacts symptoms

Warm up -

Daily Warm-Up Rehab (Pre-Gym)

- Banded external rotations - 3 x 12-15

- Horizontal rotator cuff external rotations - 3 x 8-12

- IYT (with 1kg) - 3 rounds of 5-7 reps each position

- Scapular wall slides - 3 x 8-12

- Banded face pulls - 3 x 10-14

- Optional: Gentle thoracic mobility drill (cat-cow, wall thoracic opener)

Banded 7's for shoulders every session

- Glute Kickbacks (cable): 3 x 10 each leg @ 6.25kg

- Calf Raises: 2 x 20 @ BW

- Optional: Glute bridgee (light, 2 x 10-12)

- Gentle Walk or Upright Cycle: 10 minutes low intensity

Tennis elbow rehab movement

• Dumbbell wrist flexions: 3-4 sets, 8-10 reps, 3 second eccentric phase and 45 seconds’ rest. @ 12.5kg
• Dumbbell wrist extension isometrics: 2 sets, 5 reps, 30 second holds, 45 seconds’ rest @ 5kg

Notes:

Pre workout:

1ml L-Carnitine
Premium sups Warrior Pre-workout
Dopa-Drive

Appointment with an exercise physiologist today, they have recommended a change in program as listed above. I will implement the new program for 2-3 weeks and monitor.

Very different type of training that im normally used to and a lot eaiser effort wise, trust the process.

Daily supplements:

Morning
Baby Aspirin, Liver support

Evening
Magnesium Glycinate

Side Effects & Adjustments:

Today of all the supps I have only taken the liver support. I will through trial and error work out whats causing the indigestion. I suspect its the SLUPP-322 or 5ammino1. It could actually be the pre workout

Symptoms:

Woke up with a sore neck, more so than normal. Neck pain noticeable from the Banded movement ( external rotations and face pulls) and the neck flexor isometrics . Thoracic discomfort with the walk

Sleep:

Sleep was terrible, a lot of wake ups and indigestion. Must have been bad, my watch didnt even track it. Approximately 10:30pm to 3am, got up with my wife before she went to work. Went back to sleep about 5:45am and up again 7:30am

Exercises:

Active Recovery / Mobility Focus

- Thoracic extension over foam roller - 3 x 10 slow reps

- Cat-cow + thread the needle - 2 rounds

- Deep neck flexor isometrics (chin nods in supine) - 3 x 10

- Scap retraction holds (band or wall) - 3 x 30 seconds

- Upright walking (20 min),
@ 2 deg 40km/h

- Light banded core: Pallof press 2 x 10 each side

- Deep breathing drills to down-regulate post-session

Tennis elbow rehab movement

• Dumbbell wrist flexions: 3-4 sets, 8-10 reps, 3 second eccentric phase and 45 seconds’ rest. @ 12.5kg
• Dumbbell wrist extension isometrics: 2 sets, 5 reps, 30 second holds, 45 seconds’ rest @ 5kg

Notes:

Pre workout:

1ml L-Carnitine
Premium sups Warrior Pre-workout
Dopa-Drive

Active Recovery day today,
The idea is to strip everything back to a clinically objective stand point as it is worth investigating whether or not this correlates to any symptoms in order to determine whether it is delaying my recovery.
A lot of what was in the previous program with my condition should be avoided. So it's reasonable to strip it back and see what difference begins to appear.

So I'd give it 4-6 weeks, if nothing changes then I can go back to doing the previous program. But it might be worth a few months of pulling back in order to be able to get to a place where I can work, live and train again properly

Daily supplements:

Morning
Baby Aspirin, Liver support

Evening
Magnesium Glycinate

Side Effects & Adjustments:

Today of all the supps I have only taken the liver support. I will through trial and error work out whats causing the indigestion. It could actually be the pre workout so today ill have the Dopa-Drive but not the Warrior Pre-workout
Clenbuterol has been removed as well

Symptoms:

Thoracic discomfort with the bike, tight tension in neck after the session. Can feel more neck tension/pain later in the night

Sleep:

Sleep felt better for a change last night, looking at the data its saying it was still poor even tho I got 7.5hrs

Training:

Need to add ab work while doing this reduced capacity/rehab style training

Machine-based recovery training program designed to support rehab from the C6 disc injury while helping maintain general strength and function. The plan avoids spinal compression and high load, includes a targeted warm-up for neck and thoracic control, and keeps all intensity at a manageable level (RPE 3–4) and just assess how that impacts symptoms

Warm up -

Daily Warm-Up Rehab (Pre-Gym)
- Banded external rotations - 3 x 12-15
- Horizontal rotator cuff external rotations - 3 x 8-12
- IYT (with 2kg) - 3 rounds of 5-7 reps each position
- Scapular wall slides - 3 x 8-12
- Banded face pulls - 3 x 10-14
- Optional: Gentle thoracic mobility drill (cat-cow, wall thoracic opener)

Banded 7's for shoulders every session

Exercises:

Upper Body Pull

- Seated Row Machine (chest-supported): 3 x 12 @ 30kg

- Lat Pulldown (neutral or underhand grip): 3 x 10 @ 30kg

- Rear Delt Fly Machine (or light band):
2 x 15 @ 10kg

- Cable Biceps Curl (with support):
3 x 12 @ 11.25kg

- Upright Cycle or Gentle Elliptical: 10-15 minutes
Assault bike for 20mins

Tennis elbow rehab movement

• Dumbbell wrist flexions: 3-4 sets, 8-10 reps, 3 second eccentric phase and 45 seconds’ rest. @ 12.5kg
• Dumbbell wrist extension isometrics: 2 sets, 5 reps, 30 second holds, 45 seconds’ rest @ 5kg

Notes:

Pre workout:

1ml L-Carnitine
Dopa-Drive from @driven nutrition

Not much to report here, its an adjustment reducing my load compared to what I used to do. Just follow the process, try work on time under tension and also mind/muscle connection

I think the gaba is like melatonin, it helps you feel drowsy but dosnt keep you down which is my problem. I have some DSIP (peptide) coming and ill drop the gaba so I can gauge it by its self.
No swelling in elbow, its just a pain with near the bicep which made think it was the brachioradialis/brachialis. Certain overhand movements trigger it but it feels like its reducing. Combined with peptides and now program changes to rehab in general fingers crossed it will be gone by the end of this phase.

DSIP is better than gaba anyways bro
gaba gave me nothing lol

Just a bit of an update on the peptides used throughout this healing and fat loss journey so far, which is still ongoing.

Peptide Use & Effects – My Experience

---

What I’ve Been Using:

BPC-157 – 500mcg AM & PM

TB-500 – 500mcg AM & PM

GHK-Cu – 1mg AM & PM

HGH – 4IU PM

MOTS-c – 2mg AM (started ~1 week ago)

5-Amino-1MQ – 50mg AM (started ~1 week ago)

SLUPP-322 – 500mcg oral (started ~1 week ago)

---

Why I’m Using Them:
Main goal is to help heal my C3/C6 injury, keep inflammation down, recover faster between sessions, and hold onto muscle while cutting. Some of these (like MOTS-c, SLUPP-322, and 5-Amino-1MQ) are more for energy, fat loss and keeping performance up, while BPC/TB-500/GHK-Cu are all about repairing soft tissue and joints. HGH is in there for recovery and keeping muscle.

I actually started this peptide protocol before I even knew about the retrolisthesis and disc bulge, so in hindsight it’s probably been helping me more than I realised early on.

---

What I’ve Noticed:

Neck/shoulder area isn’t flaring up as bad after training

I can get through more volume in the gym without feeling smashed

Recovery between sessions feels quicker, less soreness hanging around

Strength in pressing movements feels like it’s slowly coming back

Holding muscle and staying fuller even while in a deficit

Less general inflammation, joints feel better (especially elbows/knees)

Small stuff like cuts and skin seem to heal faster

Energy has been more steady through the day, not as many “flat” days

Before starting MOTS-c, SLUPP-322, and 5-Amino-1MQ I had bouts of fatigue, but haven’t noticed that this past week, will continue to monitor over the next few weeks.

Still need to work on improving sleep quality, especially REM and deep phases

---

Things to Keep in Mind:
I didn’t even know about the retrolisthesis and disc bulge until about halfway through this phase, so looking back, I was probably pushing harder than I should’ve early on. I’m also running other PEDs and fat loss compounds, so it’s hard to say exactly how much is from the peptides alone. Plus diet, training changes and mindset all play a role. But overall, I do think the peptides have been a big help for recovery and keeping me training despite the injury.

---

Overall:
Definitely feel like this combo has sped up healing and let me keep more muscle while dropping fat. Recovery feels better, inflammation is down, energy is more consistent, and I’m still able to push in the gym without setting my neck back.

I would like to give a big shout out to the livewell legends for enabling this protocol and helping me heal as much as possible through this unfortunate event with their sponsorship of products 🙏

@MUSTANG_18 , nah i dont think peps will either. I was well into the course before it was identified that I had a bulging disc but i am certaint hey have helped with some of the other ailments associatedwith the motor vehicleaccident.
When you say "real" hgh do you mean pharma grade?
I havnt tried ghrp of mk677.
I am still waiting for an appointment with the specialist in regards to the bulging disc to know what my options are.

@Wookie1 Hopefully you can heal up your injuries. Those are not good injuries to have especially when you are weight training. Hopefully, you can feel better.

@Wookie1 you will heal up man. but you also should be stretching. its very important to de-compress the spine

bros nice updates. that is a mess of peptides. i think for me peptides hit or miss. sometimes they work great and sometimes not so good. but good you cover all bases @Wookie1

I am still waiting for an appointment with the specialist in regards to the bulging disc to know what my options are.
try one of them inversion tables with some full on HGH and bpc/tb combo

DSIP – 200mcg PM (sleep and relaxation support)

Daily supplements:

Morning
Baby Aspirin, Liver Support, Digestive Enzymes

Evening
Magnesium Glycinate

Side Effects & Adjustments:

Removed the Clenbuterol and L-Carnitine ad added Amino Burn which has
Clenbuterol 50MCG, L-Carnitine 400MG and Lysine 50MG all together. Also tried DSIP last night at 250mcg. Have added an actual Digestive Enzymes as well

Symptoms:

Can feel tension in neck with Banded face pulls
Dosnt seem to be any difference in the pain with the new training which is good in one aspect. Ill continue with the rehab movements for a few more weeks as it wont be hurting for a rest style/deload anyways

Sleep:

Sleep data suggest the DSIP has improved REM and Deep sleep, will continue to monitor

Training:

Machine-based recovery training program designed to support rehab from the C6 disc injury while helping maintain general strength and function. • Sit-ups

Lower Body (Machine-Based) RPE 3-4

- Seated Leg Press: 3 x 10 @ 150kg

- Seated Hamstring Curl: 3 x 15 @ 40kg

- Glute Kickbacks (cable): 3 x 10 each leg @ 8.75kg

- Calf Raises: 2 x 20 @ BW

- Glute bridgee (light, 2 x 10-12)

- Gentle Walk or Upright Cycle: 10 minutes low intensity

• Dumbbell wrist extension isometrics: 2 sets, 5 reps, 30 second holds, 45 seconds’ rest @ 7kg

Notes:

Pre workout:
Not taking any pre-workout while doing the rehab stuff. Do have psycho90 to try which is an injectable Dianabol 30mg, Anadrol 30mg and Superdrol 30mg Per ML. Will wait until after bloods so results arnt affected.

I would like to give a big shout out to the livewell legends for enabling this protocol and helping me heal as much as possible through this unfortunate event with their sponsorship of products 🙏

how you handling the calories bro? and superdrol?

how you handling the calories bro? and superdrol?
Cals are fine with the Retatrutide, im only looking at going down to 95-97kg then thats probably it. The Superdrol i wont use again, it was a once off to trial but pointless really while im.in a deficit and training light with the rehab. It was more just to see how it felt.

@Wookie1 bros this one looking strong! the DB is on point. i love this a lot keep it going!

Just an update on bloods

Looking back through my logs I've been taking 180mg test c per week not 200mg. I was ment to be doing 0.3 M, 0.3 W and 0.4 F but I was doing 0.3. So overall the results are good. Interestingly the E2 has come down from 260ish to 84. I have now reduced the Mast P from 200mg to 100mg per week and now introduced NPP at 100mg per week more so for the therapeutic side than the Anabolics especially with the bulging disc. My joint fluid help it move back off the spinal cord, who knows. The Lipids being out of range would be from low dose anavar 10mg, again therapeutic for the healing effect on soft tissue injury which is what I thought i had until the MRI results.

For those interested if you look back at one of my first logs i have my 4 previous bloods.
the last results in May where while i was on 400mg Test C, 200mg Mast E and 200mg NPP

Sleep has generally been bad since the accident. I dont want to take any prescribed meds for it if I can avoid it. Thays why trying the DSIP. One of the kids was having a rough night as well so that affected Sleep too.

I want to go up on everything but currently the program from the exercise physiologist has me training at a RPE of 3. Once we finish the rehab movements and work out that training isn't aggravating my neck ( which i know it isn't but insurance company is involved for the injuries) ill go back to strength and a lean growth phase and get back in track.

Side Effects & Adjustments

No MOTS-c today as getting a vasectomy. I have some BPC-157/TB-500/GHKCU left not sure if ill take it for healing, its probably not really required and i do need a break from the last protocol.

Symptoms

Sore neck on waking, mainly on the left side.

---

Sleep

Improved sleep with DSIP when taken immediately before bed.

Sleep tracking data indicates poor sleep but I had over 2hrs of both REM and Deep sleep.

---

Notes

No training today or for the next 5-7 days due to vasectomy, will continue with meals amd peds/peps as normal.
What i am looking at doing is getting some photos amd then shaving and taking some more for comparison over the weekend

Really good work out my brother sust focused

Update Log 27th August

Recovery:

Vasectomy recovery has taken longer than expected due to a hematoma.

No training during this period.

PEDs & Supplements:

Continuing with the same protocol as planned.

Nutrition:

Staying consistent with food plan.

Rehab & Training Outlook:

Recent appointment with exercise physiologist was positive.

Neck discomfort has not worsened with training.

Plan moving forward:

Gradually increase loading.

RPE 6 for 2 weeks.

If still good, progress to RPE 8 for 1 week.

If that holds, return to the original training plan while continuing rehab work before each session.
