fat free pudding and protien

ok so I have some fat free/sugar free pudding that I wanna try out with some protien powder mixed in. I know alot of you guys on here do it so I was wondering what you use. Do you guys use the milk like they say or water. I dont want to use the milk if I dont have to. Also how much extra do I add for the two scoops of protien im adding. Thanks
 
Milk will create a more pudding like consistency but water works just fine. Topping it with some cool whip free when its up is great too.

Just throw in the pudding powder as listed in the directions, the amount of water as listed, and as much whey as u want... and i would blend it all upp in a blender..put it in a big bowl or individual serving bowls and let it set in the fridge.

Only way to know if u put a little too much or a little too little of anything is to try and see what happens and adjust next time. Standard directions for 2-3 scoops of whey should be fine.
 
Yeah Im going to try a batch with water and some muscle milk and then if it comes out good ill make some more batches with my ON whey and adjust from there.

well my pudding taste good but is more of a soap. lol not sure if i used to much water or if its like that cause i used water instead of milk. lol
 
I would use at least a little milk...maybe half milk half water?

Milk protein isolate would be a good choice. It will create a better consistency as well as being a better protein choice than whey.
 
yeah i was running low on my casien protien so ill try that when i pick up another batch.


Also just picked up some hood calorie countdown and just going to use that instead of water. Only 3gs of carbs for those watching there carb intake
