SAGAT New member Jun 10, 2003 #1 as of late, my forearms hurt like hell when i put the bar down after the last rep on EZ-bar curls...what could cause this? is there any remedy? i myself think i might be squeezing the bar too hard, problem is, i do that subconsciously. any ideas?
