okay, so earlier in the week i did my heavy chest day...and tomorrow im going to do the light chest day for speed/explosive reps...im going to do inclines barbells, and flat dumbells...what would you guys recommend? I remember reading an article that said something like 8 sets of 3 reps, at 65% of the max...sound about right?
I could do:
incline barbells - 65% max, 8 sets of 3
flat dumbells - 65% max, 8 of 3
???
