So they're closing the gym for the night, and I'm trying to work in some fast biceps sets. 3 sets of Standing hammer curls, then a few sets of 5 reps on barbell preacher curl at my max weight. A little slower than usual, but then my arms start to give out, can't lift any more. The receptionist starts walking over with an evil look, and damn, I forgot to bring the dumbells over to finish. There's a 25lb weight sitting at my feet, better than nothing I guess, maybe a set of 8 will do. I drop the bar, grab the weight and I'm only able to get 3 reps with my right arm, and the third sticks forever, I have to tip it up. Then on to the left arm, 1, 2, 3, gee it had a longer rest time, give it one more. On the 4th it felt like every fiber was separating, but I got that last one up. On the way home my left bicep had an incredible pump, much more than the right.
That was 3 weeks ago. It's STILL bigger. And I'm right-handed.
