EQ and Diet

Guys

Im currently on an EQ cycle at a constant 500MG / week (changed from 400mg) and am in week 4 now.

Im juggling my diet to get leaner and have now reduced my food intake to having 5 meals

Meal ONE - 50 GMS Protein, 80 GMS Carbs, 20 GMS FAT
700CALS

Meal TWO - 50 GM Protein , 50 GMS Carbs, 15-25 GMS FAT

580 CALS


Meal 3 - 50 GMS Protein - 200 CALS

4 - 50 GMS Protein - 200 CALS

Meal 5 - 50 GMS Protein - 200 CALS

Total around 1880 - 1900 CALS

DO you think this diet is Underkill and I could be taking in way too less then needed??..I do cardio 5 days aweek, = 30MINS in morning, 30 MINS evening

Also take 20GMS Glutamine daily.

Im around 207LB and about 14% BF.......What sort of caories do u'all take when on a cutting cycle?
 
Well for your size the calorie intake is pretty low. But you are still getting 250 grams of protein which is good.

If you don't mind...could you post what you are actually eating?
 
That cal amount is a little low for your body weight IMO but everyone is diffrent and if you are having good results then I see no need to change anything

Well I guessed it may be low as fat loss came to a halt as such just prior to the stack..but I thought, probably foolishly now, that the EQ would kickstart it. So Im now under the assumption that as I decreased the intake so much my metabolism has decreased ...would anyone agree...or am I talking shit??

In terms of what it is Im eating, 2 of the meals - meals 1 and 2 are solid foods,,,eggs, oatmeal,banana, meal two, chicken, cheese,ham,brown bread, the rest are Whey Mixes which I keep with me during the day - as Im not always able to get hold of the correct food during work period.
 
I lost ten pounds in about a month and a hlaf on a similar diet. My weight and bf% is
almost identical to yours too.
 
Diet looks good, but I would try to get more real food and space the shakes in between the meals. This will keep your metabolism working better. Think of your metabolism as a fire in fireplace. You can't through heavy logs in there consistantly or the fire dies out. You have mutiple meals which is good. But spreading out the real meals or "logs" would be like putting small logs into the fire and keeping it or your metablolism burning rapidly.
