Epi (havoc) + Osta SARMS log

a lot of people claim upwards of 10 lean pounds on 6 week cycles of epi with a CLEAN diet.
Interested to see how you do on this run.
 
Hi dangerboy,

Breakfast:
4-6 eggs, piece of pork or steak, english muffin or bagel dripping in butter

Lunch:
Ziploc container of homecooked lentils + beef/pork/chicken + broccoli + peppers + mixed vegetables

Snacks throughout day:
Popcorn (morning, in bag, with white cheddar flavor that is basically whey protein)
Popcorn (evening, homecooked bowl, 1/2 stick of butter, olive oil)
Scavenged Full Meals (corporate leftovers from catered meetings like BBQ, chicken, chinese food, assorted meat+vegetables extra meals 3+ days per week)
1/3 - 1/2 lb peanuts (sitting at my desk, I inhale peanuts between meals)
occasionally almonds

Dinner:
6-8 eggs, piece of pork or steak, english muffin dripping in butter

This is basically the classic Eugene Sandow steak and eggs diet, plus lots of peanuts and butter
There were no carbs of any sort other than lentils and nuts prior to the cycle, so I know some of my weight is water retention due to adding 'white carbos' like english muffins.
 
Also, alot of naysayers will tell you nolva won't work. There are definitely better options. I had great success with testopro and clomid. I'd swap your nolva with clomid at 25mg/ day for 4 weeks. If all you can get is nolva, then just use that at 20 Mgs a day for 3-4 weeks and i would look into a natty test booster too on top of that. You will recover fine like that

Clomid is once a week right? I thought the half Life was 6-7 days

Good to see some people following!

I thought that noone was following because I'm a newb to the forum.

I kept a journal offline, which I'll update:

Day 4: weighed 175
I weighed on 2 scales at 172 before the cycle, so all weighings are averages on 2 scales, at roughly the same time of day, with roughly the same water/meals in my body.

Day 5 175 lb, squats!

Day 6
Aching pumps from washing dishes, or playing DJ Diddles.

sex 4 times in ~12 hrs (usual), very little fluid 4th time (unusual)
Based on bloodwork of other epi users, shutdown of testosterone is extreme, decimating natural production within 3-4 days.
Based on experiences written in other epi logs, drive is fine for first 2-3 weeks, then some users experience drive shutdown in last week or two.

Day 8: Weighed 176 lbs, I can see how 13-17 lbs in 30 days is possible when epi is fed properly. To be fair, most of this gain is water and fat, as I'm adding carbs on non-Saturdays for the first time in 3.5 years. I've introduced English Muffins smothered in butter along with the morning steak and eggs, and 1 bag of Lays potato chips as a snack 5 days per week.

Perhaps I'm feeling some back pumps? Upped daily taurine from 2 to 3 g.

Played basketball and noticed ~1" increase in vertical, no noticeable change in stamina or strength.


General observation: Epi makes you thirsty. Drink 1-1.5 gal water per day to help your system, and just to slake your thirst.


Why are you guys suggesting no nolva? Epi shuts down natural test production. I don't think SARMs will replenish natural testosterone production alone. My understanding of SARMs is they hit the receptors in muscles without affecting the test production, so as natural test production is nursed back (greatly accelerated by nolva), the muscle receptors remain "on" cycle.

Other people may have already said this, but you can never hear it enough times. Nolva has been shown to be more dangerous and harmful than its worth. It targets Estrogen at the tissues instead of at the pituitary which is why it is a great breast cancer treatment, but not a great PCT supplement.

If youre going to use a SERMS I would use Clomid instead.

Day 13
Lifted really hard, so exhausted, unlike I have ever been since I was a child. I could not sit up nor keep my eyes open past 11pm on a Saturday night.

Day 14
Played soccer in the sun

Day 15
I'm always dehydrated Mondays after Sunday soccer (even before epi) It seems no matter how much water I drink Sunday, it doesn't 'stick', and I wake up dehydrated Monday morning, and rehydrate throughout the morning. Today was the same.

I weighed myself in the morning: 178.9 lb

Continued hydrating and eating, and by end of day, weighed 182 (verified on both scales, one was about 182.1, other 182.5)

The 10lb line has been crossed!

Workout
I read some good weightlifting books over the weekend, including Arnold's encyclopedia. Another book, called Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe, places great emphasis on form for the primary lifts. I discovered weaknesses in my squatting form, and quite easily lifted much heavier than I have in years. Next time in the gym I will lift even heavier because I just discovered how to squat effectively.

Arnold presses have gone from struggling with 30lb dumbbells to 45lb dumbbells being easy.

I'm going to read the rest of Starting Strength and maybe go crush some more PRs later this week.=)
 
Day 16
Ate a MASSIVE lunch, and
Weighed 185! (185.1 on scale #1, 185.5 on scale #2)
Gain of 13lb so far!
I've always had abs, somewhere between a 4pack and 6pack, but never high-definition.
Despite carrying water and fat, my abs and other little muscles everywhere are in High-Def, 3D, like never before.

The past few days have made a first-timer understand how people get addicted to the endorphins of good workouts, and seeing all the positive results why people use steroids.
