i used to take it for about 2 years...its addictive. suprised i'am not dead lol. would take up to 300mg a day some days, just for fun. they are great if you're carful. take a few 30 min before a workout and you will rip through your workouts with easy, makes you a monster....you crash hard though. if you workout in the morning a few hours later your gonna crash and want to sleep the rest of the day...so id workout at around 5-7 in the evening and crash around 9 when its time for bed
...drink lots of water and wouldnt recommend anything that thins the blood (alcohol)
arent all pills like 25mg each? you probably wont get anything out of taking 25mg 3 times a day. your body will get used to it and wont do anything from my experience.
