I've only read this forum for a few weeks now, and I guess this has been a issue earlier. Does EMS have any effect on building muscle when used as an addition to regular weight-training? I've used it to heal a wounded knee earlier with ok results. The physiotherapeut claimed that it would increase the blood flow to transport waste from the knee. Will EMS be good for recovery after a hard workout? Will it be good for building those extra, fast twitch fibres? Anyone have any experience with them?
