hey, i was working on a diet
after workout, i was asked to drink 1 glass of milk with oats, and 5 eggs. I am a 100 lb guy 19 year old, hoping to gain weight. So should i be taking the eggs white only or total egg. I dont wanna die of cholestrol btw. Please reply fast. I am watiting with the 5 eggs on my hand in front of my computer for ur reply.

eggs are actually good for your cholesterol. Too many like a dozen a day would probably be too much sat fat, but at 100lbs i wouldnt worry. Are you really only a buck?

anyway i would stuff as much food down your goddamn throat as possible. LOl @ waiting with the eggs, just eat them. i would skip the oats and eat them an hour after workout so you can digest your protein. But eat eat eat

Dude, i didnt really understand that expression. My language is not english, you know. Btw, if it means that i am really skinny, lol i am. Or if it means that i havent got much money, hehe, thats why i havent bought a protein powder yet. I am still studying you know.

About me : 5 ft 9 inches
100 lb
18 years old (19 at august)
Plays a lot of sports.
Dances everyday for hours. in short, i do lot of cardio everyday.
I would need 4000 calories a day to bulk good. I can take lot of rice, lot of milk and oats, lot of eggs, soya beans, banana, meat (except pork), protein powder (after i buy it) and anything else. Can u figure out an okay diet for me to reach 4000calories please. This is so that i'll get good idea about this. I havent read tatanyas thread btw due to exams lol. please include post workout food also.

Haha, yeah man, a buck meaning 100 pennies reffering to your weight. But yeah, you've got to EAT!
