have lost 16lbs from doing a very low carb diet, which was around my goal, i am a big carb eater so this was really tough for me i want to now start eating carbs again such as wholemeal pasta and rice, brown bread and obviously the odd treat at the weekend..i plan to be very good monday to friday nd have few nice things at the week end i wont go overboard but im just the kind of person who will never be able to totally give up the treats. if i deprive myself of carbs and treats for really long ill end up binging...im terrified once i stop the low carb diet the weight will go straight back on
