Lately, I've been consuming my last meal of the day about an hour after training and about 5-10 minutes before I crash. I also have been consuming it lying down, watching the games, vegin out, etc........sometimes I crash as soon as I'm done (or even before, lol). I've also been having some serious constipation problems around 10-11am the next day. Could this be a result? Anyone know the effects of eating either laying down or before bed? Does it screw with digestion?
