im sure people have asked this before, but i ran a search and found nothing.
do you eat the same or less on your rest days as you do on the training days? and what about if i take 2 days off? ( i havent worked out since wed so i cut to 16x cals just because i thought my body didnt need the 20-22x i give it usually) is this right, or should i eat the same on off days? thanks
