Eat Same Of Different?

im sure people have asked this before, but i ran a search and found nothing.

do you eat the same or less on your rest days as you do on the training days? and what about if i take 2 days off? ( i havent worked out since wed so i cut to 16x cals just because i thought my body didnt need the 20-22x i give it usually) is this right, or should i eat the same on off days? thanks
 
if i have a rest day right after a training day, i try to take in a little bit more, simply b/c i feel it will aid a better/total recovery. if i have two consecutive days off, then on the second day i'll either take in the same amount or less.

i usually replace my PW shake on rest days with an additional solid meal.
 
I up the fats and protein on rest days and consume carbs only for breakfats - there's no need for carbs much more than that on rest days, so i compensate by EFA's mostly and a bit more protein (all from solid sources, no PW shakes like on training days)

but i rarely have rest days, i always try to stay active
