Fortunately I have allways had the work ethic to have a clean diet while on and off for the most part, But my cousin who is just getting into juice doesn't. He by far has better genetics then me. He is pretty big and eats whatever he wants. (trains hard though). What would happen if he did a cycle, (he is planning on 500 mg test 10 weeker) would he lose all his gains after he came off. He has PCT in check because of me but im worried about his diet. I mean he does get in a good amount of protein but doesn't count cals or anything like that. Will he lose all his gains when he comes off or will he keep them if he keeps protein consumption high?
