Could someone explain the proper form for doing DB Flies, both Flat and Incline. At the bottom of the movement when you're stretched out, describe the proper angle that upper arms make in relation to upper body. How much do you bend your elbow? Do you ever lock out elbow or even come close to locking it out at any point during the movement? Is the elbow supposed to stay bent the same amount throughout the movement? I've been using a Fly Machine, and want to try DBs instead. Thanks Bro's.
