Well not quite so horrible today. I must be conditioning to it at least a little bit. Maybe even next time I will manage to get in a full 4 th set.
So it went like this,
Walk 1/2 lap med pace

Gasping for breath a lot for 6 or 7 mins
Walk a full lap kind of fast med pace.

12 oz ground sirloin
