Yeah bro I ate 16 wings like a week ago and it was 2400 calories and like 140g protein , but so fatty lol
yeah it's from the sauce, it's like half butter lol. They sell it in cups out here for people to dip their pizza in. That shit will blow you up quick lol
 
Well kinda dieting.....mostly working on getting my protein intake up, so I guess Im experminting LOL.
 
Yesterday, 12/5 just blew! Spent the day at the hospital with my wife. Nothing serious just some injections in her back that she has had before. Didnt eat much of anything and no wrokout. Will catch it up today tho.

Nice workout brotha !! And yeah ur protein levels are getting good , just got to lower the fat !! The most I allow is 180g a day and I'm bulking

2 pcs 9 grain bread
3 oz ham, 3 oz turkey on a sandwich
5 dates
water

Well not quite so horrible today. I must be conditioning to it at least a little bit. Maybe even next time I will manage to get in a full 4 th set.
So it went like this,
Walk 1/2 lap med pace
MetConA
Pull Ups Swings 55 Lb dbl each arm Burpees
15 8 9
12 8 9
10 8 9
Gasping for breath a lot for 6 or 7 mins
Walk a full lap kind of fast med pace.

Dinner
12 oz ground sirloin

Totals
