Ok on the 28th did cardio. Ran 1/2 lap and walked 1/2 lap. My knees were feeling that good. I am way shocked about this. 30 min cardio session.
Now gonna go right back and do it again.

Shit guyz my apologies for not posting. Been very very distracted with some other parts of my life but that is getting wrapped up very soon.
Been doing minimal workouts but at least have been doing that.
So I promise that next week I will be back on schedule with this log.
