PWO shake 1 1/2 scoops powder, 1 tablespoon natty pb, 1 pak gelatine, 1 tablespoon olive oil 18 oz 2% milk.
Injections, 300 mg Primo, 125mg deca, 200 mg test. (Still on cruise).

Bench numbers still going up! nice, I noticed you have got a lot of fat in your pwo shake with the milk,pb, and olive oil. I've always thought it was best to leave that out because it slows rate the protein is absorbed by your muscles? And then you eat a solid meal about an hour lately with some good fats?
