Bench numbers still going up! nice, I noticed you have got a lot of fat in your pwo shake with the milk,pb, and olive oil. I've always thought it was best to leave that out because it slows rate the protein is absorbed by your muscles? And then you eat a solid meal about an hour lately with some good fats?
