yeah interval training is great for fat loss, glad it's working for you. Hope the diet is going well..post it up if you get a chance;)

I know by a lot of your standards that squat is nuthin, but for me its been a dam long and painful road to get here and Im pretty dam proud of that.
On the road to 300 in each!

I'm the other way around lol, but people always tend to prefer the lifts they're stronger in....So I'm just gonna switch it up and start loving the lifts I'm weak at, the bench is gonna be my favorite by far ;)
 
Right with you bro. For some reason it took me so dam long to break 200 on my squats. But I have to say that doing that 20 lb increase left my knees feeling just fine and that really surprized me.
