Bench numbers still going up! nice, I noticed you have got a lot of fat in your pwo shake with the milk,pb, and olive oil. I've always thought it was best to leave that out because it slows rate the protein is absorbed by your muscles? And then you eat a solid meal about an hour lately with some good fats?10/10.

I know my workouts recently have been less then par. I just found out today that my next blast will be right after the holidays. This blast will include the biggest cycle that I have ever done also I am guessing right now that it will be very low volume but extremely high intensity, but am not positive on that yet.
So for now I am thinking my workouts will be just on the major compound lifts. And I am thinking 3x10-12 reps to get my joints and soft tissues in shape for what is to come.
So thats where Im at for now.

Late lunch, (3:00 pm)
2 whole eggs, 5 egg white omlete.
26 oz 96% fat free sausage
3 tablespoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
Cardio to be at 4:00 will edit in.

Run 6 laps

Only feeling a little puky this soon after eating. Sure glad I didnt puke while running cuz that would really suck having to breath in that stench...

Dinner was homemade sirloin burger, 16oz no bun.
2 cups brocolli with olive oil and lime juice.
20 oz 2% milk.
but they work .....I always end up goin through sugar-free red bull like crazy to help satisfy cravings and help with energy, add some e/c/a in there and that's when the fun starts lol....what a shity feeling that wasDamn Bro!! The program is gonna be a tad more volume then I had anticipated and thats just fine with me. The thing is Im a fat ass and I really need to get to work and get down to 12-14% bf and quick. I have till Jan to do it. So gonna be seeing more cardio and will start posting diet too.

Well shit, as sitting here at 2:54 a.m. thinking about cardio.
Basically I dont mind running but it does get kinda boring so I have been brainstorming for something else to do. This is not to replace running but to alternate with it.
What I am thinking of is........wait............getting there.....................something really really gay!
I have been looking at something along the lines of the Spartan 300 workout, yeah I said it was gay. After all we have to get this gayed up asap!
So this is where Im at with it,
Pullups - 25 reps
Barbell Deadlift - 50 reps 135 Lbs
Pushups - 50 reps
Body-Weight Squat Jumps - 50 reps
V-Ups - 50 reps
Dumbbell Push Press - 50 reps 35lbs
Pullups - 25 reps
I would do this to 100 reps, no stops between the diff exercises. Prolly have to break it down into sets-as in circuits and keep repeating them to the full count of 100 reps in everything, over time building to 300 reps of all of it.
