No. I just melt butter on a piece of Saran-Wrap, fold it in half like a taco, then put that between the cushions of my couch, get on my knees, and hump away.

Try it. No un-balanced forearms. Be careful to not hump the side of the couch cushion that has the zipper... you just may find yourself getting stitches...

I switched from right to left long ago. Not only did it improve symetry, but it allows me to move the mouse with my right hand.....sort of like I'm doing right now.
