hmmm i might be wrong on this, since no one else mentioned it before, but i had an undestanging that SOY also breaks down slower than WHEY... WHEY is preffered after lifting because it will get into your blood stream faster, while SOY will take a while... buy OY could be better to take before going to bed for example.
I concentrate mostly on WHEY, so this might not be accurate, hopefully someone will either confirm that this is true, and no one just mentioned it, or its wrong, cause i'm trying to think back like 3 years here back into the "SUPPLEMENT YEARS" u know, knowledge bout certain things just isn't as important anymoore lol
