will be taking the plunge into TRT in a few weeks,
goal is still to cut down slowly and maiintain ifnot increase LBM
now i've always LOVED carb cycling but am getting over it.
CKD/TKD done them whilst being natural, enjoyed it but doubt i can stick to it for a LONG time
Any other methods you guys use who are on gear trying to cut down and build LBM?
If carb cycling is a method you guys love,
what are your steps? hi day (how many carbs), low day?
high/low/low/moderate etc ?
hows it set up for you guys?
