my stats are :
age - 25
height - 179 cm.
weigh - 82 Kg
BF % = 25%
I train 5 days a week, my work mostly is a desk work, i am an architect .
My diet is as follows .
Breakfast
2 slices of brown toast
1 tbsp of chunky peanut butter
1 scoop ON 100% Whey mixed with 1 glass of low fat milk
11 am Snack
3 oat biscuits
1 cup of green tea
Lunch - 2 pm
1/2 Cup of white rice - cooked
1 slice of white toast
5 tbsp of stew ( Different stew every day )
I can't change what I eat at launch because they cook at work and I can't control that
Pre-workout
1 Scoop of ON whey protein
1 Scoop of jack3d advanced
Post-workout
Almond with 1 slice of brown toast
Dinner
Cabbage salad with some Almond and some lental soup
Before bed
5g of Creatine monohydrate
PS: I really need your help because here in iraq it's hard to follow the Diet plans you have on this website due to the lack of supplements and mentioned food
