Does anyone eat more than this? Think I'll put on some LEAN mass if I follow this coupled with 1/2 hour of am cardio (1st thing) and training 5x week for an hour (in pm)?? Im 6'3, 190...about 8% right now and have that damn fear of losing the ol' six-pack, but it's slowly fading.......thanks in advance
