Hey Ghost whats up. Well i have some questions about diet. I am currently around 175 and 180. I want to know what a good looking diet would look like if i want to gain some serious mass. Right now i eat a bagel in the morning on the way to work and i eat oatmeal when i get there then ill usually eat two sandwhich's a bowl of rice and chicken while im at work before i leave to go and workout after work. after my workout ill drink a protein shake i try to eat a steak or chicken for dinner or i also have been eating alot of spaghetti i only use 97% fat free lean beef for everything i use beef in. Any and all info will be much appreciated man if you just spare a min and layout a good clean diet for me i would love that man thanks alot
