I'm am 15 years old and I need a bulking diet. Something that already has the foods and everything I need instead of just calories and percentages. I am 5'4 and weigh 130 pounds. I squat 400 and bench 160. Just looking for input from guys who have done this for a long time, what should my diet be? I want to weigh about 160 pounds. Any ideas for supplements are always welcome too.

it is hard to put someone at the age of 15 on a diet, because realistically you are 15.

What you should do is focus on certain meals, the ones where your body really needs food. Those would be your breakfast and post workout. Pack on as many calories as you possible can in these 2 meals, especially carbs. Try to get at least 200+ carbs in both of these meals. Then just make sure you are taking in a good amount of protein every few hours through the day for your other meals.

Also.. in case you didn't already know this. You will want to consume 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

Pretty much what NP said. You're 15 and your body is doing all sorts of stuff right now. Your metabolism is prime so just eat food man. Stay away from processed and sugary foods and you'll be squared away.

There is no exact number of meals to eat per day.. 5-8 is the usual consensus. you just need to make sure to be feeding your body some good quality protein every few hours. This will keep your body anabolic (muscle building) and give your muscles fuel to grow.

Good advice. Agreed.

One thing I wish I could of taken advantage of when I was younger was my diet. There is so much you can accomplish just by eating correctly.

As far as supplements.. all you need is the basics. Whey Protein (which should be considered a grocery item not a supplement), Creatine, and Glutamine. 5 grams pre or post workout of both of those. You could also add in a pre-workout drink as well.

You 15, and 5'4, I'm assuming you have some height to fill out, so your still a growing teen. Just eat clean and ALOT. You'll grow.
