The weight's gone down--do you feel/look leaner without your performance in the gym being effected?

Yeah I feel just as strong .. Even more energetic actually. I'm going to keep it like this aiming for 4k cals, and ill adjust accordingly but I do feel better , mentally sharper, and less lethargy . I can clearly see all Abs again too which was always something that would disappear when I would push for 200 and above

Perfect man- I actually decided to mimic your diet in terms of less carbs/more fat as well.
 
I like it because I don't get hunger spikes. What a change. Ill keep you posted with how things going and you do the same ok?

Will do. Today was lots of chicken breast/some sirloin steak/tilapia/veggies and couple scoops protein powder n lots of peanut butter.
2 cups rice was only carb source. Felt great all day
 
Diet today

Fats 197
Carbs 291
Protein 265
3900 cals
Cholesterol everyday is way high cause of the fats and such not sure if that's a big deal but since I cycle on and off I'm just curious if it could be an issue. Feel pretty good anyways.
