Diet on Tbol.

Hey guys. im starting a 6 week tbol + proviron cycle soon. goal is mainly to lean bulk and then maybe drop a little bf. i was thinking something like 500-600 calls above maintenance, to a ratio 50/40/10 OR 60/30/10 ?? would like some input as i suck on this eventhough i do a lot of research. looking forward for some answers. cheers guys !
 
How are you going to drop bf if you're on a surplus? it'll never happen even with tbol.. Anavar is a much better drug for a recomp than tbol.

Forget losing fat and gaing mass at the same time, youll be spinning your wheels, however you can focus on gaing mass while maintaing bf, it requiers strategistic diet plan, and the best one i've found is carb cycling, you put high carbs on heavy workout days (legs,back,chest) low-mod carb on light workout days (shoulder, arms) and no carb (just fibrous veggies) with cardio on off days, this plan really works, i should get paid for telling you this, but you're lucky im giving you this info for free, lol.
 
thanks for the advice. ofc i dont excpet to gain 30 lbs and drop 5 % of bf. what i mean is to lean bulk some solid mass and maybe drop 1-1,5 % of bf. im cuccently around 11%. i did some research on carb cycling and it sounds promising. for me it was always like "eat as more as you can" because i put on weight very hard, and thats the only thing i know how to do well. how would the calls be like in carb cycling ? i guess it would go as the carbs go but i mean + or - maintenance ?
