I'm 23 6'4 245lb around 20%bf. I've been lifting for around 2 years and I've made good size/strength gains but I've never been serious about my diet.I'd like a diet that will help me to cut body fat but also allow me to still put on muscle and mass.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
