I had a question for Quad but her PM is FULL lol. Popular gal....
Anyways, I am in my 5th year of college and the 2nd meal of the day is tough. I have a shaker type cup to bring with so a shake is a good possiblity. Any tips on what else to dump in there if I am trying to cut BF? I like her suggestion of the meal shake, but am unsure why she likes the banana in there? Taste? Bump the calories up? Any ideas?
