im about to start a test p trenbolone cycle my stats are 57 179 lb bf is at 11% an im 25 years old

diet
1/2 a cup of oat
1 cup of 2% milk
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
30g of protein

2nd meal
chicken breast
an green vegetables

3rd meal
chicken breast
an green vegetables

protein shake with 30g of carbs after training

4th meal
steak with green vegetables

im petty happy with how lean i am an it seams the longer i stay on this diet the leaner ill get with out the help from the cycle my question is how much carbs should i add to my diet when i start the cycle my goal is to get to 10 or 9% but i want to maximize the amount of size i can put on with this type of cycle

I would suggest cutting down to 8% first... Then hitting the lean gainer.

I would run your test prop at 100mg eod alone while you get down to 8%... Then when you are ready to hit the gainer portion, then add the tren.

Have you ever been sub 10% before?

no iv never been that low im only really just starting to get a handle on the dieting side of things as far as what i have to do with the cutting side of it
 
while on cycle you need to add another meal to your diet, also in your first two meals uptake your carb intake i would eat fist a cup of rice and then in the second meal a bake potato and do a 45 minute cardio daily.
 
add 2 more meals of tuna or orange roughy and broccoli. 1 early and 1 later

Depends. In general it is starting to look decent.

You basically only have one carb source the whole day. That's likely not going to work in the scheme of things.

I'd drop the milk... It's a waste in my opinion... you don't need it.

I'd like to see what your macros and calories look like too.

In my opinion, Diet and carb intake should be based upon training.

Diet/Training is highly individual. You need to find out what works for you.

At 11% bodyfat, you are going to have to do something pretty special to drop to 8%...

If you want to roll with a diet like that, you are going to need re-feeds. The frequency and amount will depend on your training. What does your training routine/schedule look like?

Further if you want to roll with a diet like that, I suggest you go pretty high in caloric defecit for 4 days(40-50%), 1 day refeed, 1 day maintenance, 1 day 20% defecit. But like I said, that's a basic idea, a lot depends on your training.

I keep talking a lot about the Ultimate Diet 2.0

I really like it, and it's super effective at dropping bodyfat and gaining LBM. It's the hardest diet I have ever done or ever come across. If you can do it, it is well worth it.

It would be similar to the diet you have now, but with super long, super intense depletion workouts... Coupled with tension and power workouts.

There are 4 workouts per week, all full body... Cardio is optional, but may be done 5 out of the days of the cycle.
