Diet/cycle Help

Hi all Im new to the boards and i have some questions and id love soem advice...im 6'2 254 with average bf% im not usre what it is but it isnt bad at all ... any ways im going on a new cycle soon its like cycle 6 or somthing im not sure lol anyways it looks like this
500mg cyp / week
600 mg eq/week
75-100 mg tren eod (alternating with winny every 6-8 weeks or so at 50-75 mg a day) and i may throw some t3/clen and nolva in there for good measure but im not sure on dosages i havnt done much with those 3...im looking to cut down after a 3 year strait bulking period :) and I need diet help! ive been bulk eating (mostly clean) staying moderate but i want to diet now good enough to shed bf and rip up...i pro wrestle so im sure you can get the picture...any advice on dosages and food intake etc id greatly appreciate!!! TY -James
 
No, i know about them....i know about t3 and its thyroid functions etc and clen and ive taken nolva before many times ... i shouldnt of even added that it was pretty much a typo( was late at night) lol im just not used to adding things for cutting .... ive been good about my bf and ive been bulking for a long time but its time for me to rip up... thats what im not experianced with and dosages for t3 and clen etc
 
okay so if you want to rip off, why dont you concentrate on the diet and cardio more than gear.

About dosage, for t3 start with 25 mg and increase the dose every three days till you get to 50mg. Clen usually you should start with one tabs, and no more than 8.

Mostly concentrate on diet and cardio specially at the morning before anything.

But you are using loads of stuff test,tren,winny, clen and t3.

Why dont you do a winny, primo and clen/t3 cycle
 
Im a big fan of keeping a main test like cyp or enan as the base of my cycle....and its not like ill be on all of it at once....im alternating the tren/winny along with the clen and t3....trust me ill be doing my share of cardio i train for wrestling 4 days a week for 3 hour periods.... i may add a day or 2 of 20-30 min on the stationary bike but it should be enough...i just need to do more research on my dieting...thx btw for the t3 dosages! :) im also trying to use a lil bit more stuff at the right times to gimme a lil kick.... im not going to overboard as ive played with fire b4 :)
